hank now has a notification bell that collects every new message, offer and AI report in one place, and chat mails wait a few minutes so you are not mailed about messages you already read. Your first message and your first offer come with safety hints, and the chat tells you when the other account is new. Plus: close a request straight from the email, a help form in your dashboard, codes from clubs and partners, and a smarter marketplace search.

Several Parts in One Request, Your Own Search Allowance, and a Verified Bot

In July we told you to file one request per part. We changed our mind. A request can now name several parts and hank searches for each of them separately, while a new allowance panel shows exactly how many automated searches you have left. Plus: part numbers get checked the moment you file a request, shared requests get a real link preview, and hank's crawler is now a Cloudflare verified bot.
