> hank is a European marketplace for car replacement parts. Car owners post what they need, and sellers respond with offers. Available in 7 languages (EN, DE, ES, FR, IT, NL, PL).

## How it works

1. A car owner creates a part request describing what they need (vehicle make/model/year, part description, photos)
2. Sellers browse open requests and submit offers with price, condition, and shipping details
3. Buyer and seller communicate via built-in chat (with automatic translations across languages)
4. The transaction is completed directly between buyer and seller

## AI-powered automatic part search

When a user posts a part request, hank automatically searches the web for matching listings and emails the user a report. The AI searches across auto parts shops and marketplaces, then evaluates and ranks each result by relevance: in-stock listings with prices come first, followed by partial matches and catalog pages. Reports typically arrive within 15 minutes. The search uses the user's language and region settings to find locally relevant results. This feature complements human sellers on the platform — part requests remain visible to all dealers and private sellers while the AI search runs in parallel.
